Inventor & CEO
Eugene L. Timperman is the president and executive engineer of AirTrac Transport, LLC, a company committed to building an entirely new ground-based transportation system based on air cushion technology. Timperman, an aerospace engineer and physicist, is responsible for the technical development and socialization of this transportation concept. Core to his commitment is the development of high-quality jobs for American’s while generating a new U.S. industry that can be marketed successfully internationally. In the long term, his vision is the creation of an affordable regional transportation system that will be accessible by a majority of people and capable of more effectively and efficiently moving parcel freight. Immersed in this vision is the formation of the first ground transportation system capable of making a profit.
Timperman is the inventor of the STAR (Standard Technology Advanced Rail) mass transit system that was patented in 2013. The STAR system was branded by Kinetic Vision of Cincinnati, Ohio as AirTrac in that same year. AirTrac Transport, LLC filed articles of organization with the Secretary of the State of Ohio on July 3, 2018.
Early in his career Timperman worked for six years with GE Aviation in turbine and compressor blade design in conjunction with VTOL lift systems. In 1970 Mr. Timperman went into business as TAC Engineering illustrating patents on behalf of Pearce and Schaperklaus Inc., a patent prosecution and litigation firm. Mr. Timperman gained experience in writing the technical descriptions and operational portions of patents pertaining to large cartoning machines. In 1989 TAC Engineering was incorporated in the state of Ohio. The company continued to provide patent illustrations to regional law firms as well as GE Aviation, The Boeing Co., Honeywell and Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a Johnson & Johnson company. The company also provided concept design, product development and machine manufacture for small businesses in the greater Cincinnati area.
His creative ability along with a good systems education has given him the opportunity to be an accomplished inventor. He has five privately held patents as well as being co-inventor on over 100 medical instrument patents on behalf of Ethicon Endo-Surgery. Of note here is patent number 3,559,921, Standing Take-Off and Landing Vehicle (A GEM/STOL Vehicle), US patent 5,429,359, Hover Craft and Game and US patent 8,371,226 B2, Air Cushion or Wheeled Overhead Guideway System. These efforts are relevant as AirTrac is based on air cushion technology.
Timperman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Physics from Thomas Moore College in 1962 and a Bachelor of Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Detroit in 1964. The Standing Take-Off and Landing Vehicle was his college thesis at Detroit and began his continuing interest in studying the uses of air-cushion technology in aircraft type designs, especially guided air-cushion machines.
Design & Visual Effects Production
Branden is a passionate and exceptionally experienced professional in the realm of visual communication, art direction, and design. With Branden’s extensive background in visualization, animation, industrial and graphic design, medical illustration, prototyping, and his degree in Industrial Design Technology, he has all of the necessary capabilities to lead and guide the visual design constituents within AirTrac Transport. By being a versatile freelance designer, he has developed strong connections in a multitude of industries, which has allowed him to expand industry reach through an ever growing network of connections. Through visual storytelling, Branden seeks to expand the influence of AirTrac Transport, and therefore works very closely alongside Gregory Walker, the lead in marketing communications and online presence.
Marketing Communications & Online Presence
Gregory is a young and ambitious entrepreneur, self-taught online presence and branding professional, and a full-time college student majoring in Marketing Management Technology. With the majority of his ventures originating in the digital space, mainly e-commerce related, he understands the importance of leveraging social media and the internet’s tools to fully capture the intended audience’s attention. Besides this, his involvement in a series of start-ups has given him the necessary experience to guide visual branding decisions for online and offline mediums, lead the creation and execution of multifaceted digital strategies, and help make key developmental business decisions. Currently, Gregory oversees all digital strategy efforts for AirTrac and works closely alongside Branden Fox, the design and visual effects production lead.
Gregory Moser has a Master of Business Administration in Finance and International Business, a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Psychology, as well as Juris Doctorate. This education has led to his notable involvement in Business Development, Law, and acting as an Information Systems Professional which specializes in revenue generation and operational efficiency solutions. With his experience of over 20 years in operating several businesses and in other areas such as customer experience and revenue cycle management, Gregory has the necessary background to help lead business development efforts for AirTrac.
Government Affairs & Industry Coalitions
James Pitchford is the lead for government relations and industry coalitions at AirTrac Transport. He ensures AirTrac’s attributes and benefits at the local, state, federal and international levels is effectively and accurately communicated to thought leaders and policymakers; and assists with strategic and tactical planning.
Pitchford served 9+ years in the U.S. senate in support of U.S. senator Kit Bond as the lead for defense appropriations subcommittee requests, management of the U.S. senate National Guard Caucus and assisted with veterans’ affairs, national and international security and military affairs issues before the 9/11 attacks and through the challenging post-9/11 environment from 1999-2008. Upon leaving the U.S. senate Pitchford opened a consultancy business where he was asked to assist AirTrac founder, Eugene Timperman, socialize the attributes and benefits of AirTrac Transport.
Pitchford began his public service with the U.S. Marine Corps, then transitioned to the Air National Guard and finally the U.S. Navy Reserve for a total of 24 years in support of the U.S. military with commissions in all three service components. His military occupational specialty was Naval Flight Officer flying the McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom and Northrop Grumman F-14 Tomcat in multiple fighter squadrons; and Public Affairs serving the Chief of the Navy Reserve as the head of public affairs in Washington, D.C.
He currently serves in a volunteer capacity for the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) and Veteran-Warriors where he assists these non-profits with policy issues benefiting military personnel and their families, active duty, Guard & Reserve and Veteran’s. He also serves on the church council of the Eastern Shore Orthodox Mission in Easton, MD.
Pitchford earned a bachelor of arts degree from Marian College and pursued under-graduate work from the University of Dallas and the University of Arlington Texas in pre-medical studies; Naval Flight Officer wings at Pensacola, FL and F-4 and F-14 flight qualifications at Yuma, AZ and Oceana, VA respectively; two stints at the Naval Post-Graduate School in aviation and ground safety; and the public affairs course of study from the Defense Information School (DINFOS ) at Fort Meade, MD.
Sean is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Red Tiger Investments, LLC. Sean’s clients and partners are nationally recognized leaders in advanced manufacturing, aerospace, bioscience, government, education, public policy, real estate, high-speed transportation, technology, and workforce development.
Sean’s real estate career began as an attorney with a Cincinnati law firm specializing in residential and commercial real estate. Subsequently, Sean joined a leading national commercial real estate development and investment company where he played crucial roles in the launch of a public full-service hotel REIT and the creation of a national select service hotel development company. Ultimately Sean oversaw its operations along the Mississippi Gulf Coast post-Katrina, sourcing and securing successful real estate and joint venture opportunities. Prior to Red Tiger, Sean was managing director and principal of a consulting firm focused on public private projects.
Sean holds a B.A. from Miami University and is a graduate of Capital University Law School where he earned his Juris Doctorate. He is a licensed attorney in Ohio and has been an active member of the AirTrac Transport Steering Committee, Cincinnati State Additive Manufacturing Technical Advisory
Committee, Emanuel Community Center, Give Back Cincinnati, International Council of Shopping Centers, Ohio Bar Association, Ohio Economic Development Association, and Urban Land Institute.
North American Business Development
Mr. Couch brings extensive design experience in high reliability (e.g. medical devices, avionics, autonomous robotics) electronic and embedded software engineering, including two decades (1996-2015) in engineering consultancy management. He is known as a passionate, hands-on advocate for solutions for the toughest engineering and “business to business” opportunities. Has also served as consultant to organizations such as IBM, Lexmark and Dupont-Conoco. He has interacted with defense and corporate leadership at the most senior levels, has given presentations at the US Air Force Academy, provided technical briefings to presidents at the top of the fortune 500 list, and has working interactions with senior USAF and ANG staff. He also has strong working relationships with well respected DC based legislative consultancies.
He was born a US Citizen in Frankfurt Germany, and has family both in the US and Germany. With 10 years of residence in Germany, he maintains his conversational German skills. He has managed technical programs for clients from a broad variety of industries, including high value automotive, and aerospace / military. He is a published author, experienced fixed wing aviator, is a subject matter expert in embedded software, electronics, and a court recognized expert in forensic alcohol breath testing. He is most proud of being a father, husband and former soldier.
Anthony Timperman is a professional writer, director and producer. He is partner and president of UP Creative, a multimedia production agency founded in 2014, with locations in New York City, Los Angeles, and Columbus, Ohio.
As a media production and communications specialist, Anthony has worked with some of the most forward-thinking businesses to develop award-winning content and communications strategies. From helping startups and regional emerging brands to companies in the Fortune Global 500, he excels at creating brand equity and memorable brand experiences at the cross-section of sustainability, technology, and community, for a wide variety of clients representing diverse industries.
With over 15 years of relevant experience in key areas such as sustainable development, social entrepreneurship, integrated communications strategy, partner relations, creative direction, and customer relationship management, he is uniquely positioned to guide AirTrac’s integrated communications in 2020.
Larry joined AirTrac Transport in 2011 and brings over 36+ years of experience, as a registered Professional Architect. He has vast architectural design experience, with a wide variety of building types including; but not limited to, medical facilities, financial institutions, and elementary, secondary and University levels of educational facilities.
He has played a leading role in the development and preparation of programmatic studies for many complex military and civilian institutions. He has authored numerous project manuals and associated specifications for construction contract documents.
Larry has also directed the preparation of documents for historic preservation projects located in Indiana, Kentucky and the West Point Military Academy in New York State.
His past overall design experiences include projects throughout the United States, Germany, South Korea and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Larry serves a key role of reviewing designs and construction documents for quality control and overall design considerations. He will, also, attend meetings with clients, to ensure ideas, data and the Client’s requirements are integrated into the design of the project.
Larry was the first Architect, in the State of Indiana, to assist a school corporation in the acquisition of a FEMA Pre-Disaster Mitigation Grant. Recently, he was a key note speaker on school safety and FEMA Safe Room Technology.

Larry graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor in both Architecture and Science of Environment Design in 1977. His thesis “New Albany, Indiana – A Market Town” represented Ball State University College of Architecture and Planning at the “Skidmore, Owings and Merrill National Exhibit of Architectural thesis projects”.
Safety & Security
Jeff Parks is a security and risk management consultant with expertise in travel and personal safety, as well as homeland security. He is trained and experienced in countering threats posed by improvised explosive devices (IED), coordinating and conducting blast investigations and forensics. In regards to his military efforts outside of the United States, Jeff served in every region within Afghanistan, where he conducted counter IED operations and training. Within the U.S., he played an integral role in the military response to Katrina, gave support to the Salt Lake City Olympics and the DC Sniper investigations, and other numerous homeland security-related efforts that included natural disasters. After 25 years of service as a U.S. Army officer, he now works as an independent security consultant where he focuses on mobile security applications and services. He currently works with Stabilitas, a Veteran owned technology ﬁrm, with the mission of bringing new insight to physical risk information. Stabilitas delivers real-time, granular insights on global safety and security. Jeff and his family reside in Atlanta, Georgia.
